You do not want to miss this ubercool strong pitching and clutch hitting team on their current sweep. This Minor League team is the best in baseball right now in the Pacific League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers in San Antonio. They are named for The Alamo originally the Spanish mission located in San Antonio.

The Missions play their home games at Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium which opened in 1994 and seats over 6,200 people. They will be playing at home on June 1, 2, 12-18 and the 25-30th. There will be fireworks on June 1st and 15th and a lot of other amazing fun family activity nights at the ballpark so check out our San Antonio Missions’ website for the schedule.

The Missions just shut out the Memphis Redbirds 4-0 on May 20th tying the season high with six straight victories and sweeping all five games of a home series. They have since tied a season-high with six straight victories to charge back to the top of the division standings, bumping Round Rock into second. Besides the amazing pitching, the Missions also put on a late show of clutch hitting with Saladino belting a pinch-hit, two-run homer to cap a three-run seventh. SO you don’t want to miss seeing them!
